Core stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js, and Tailwind on the frontend; Python, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and Docker on the backend. For AI work, we use fine-tuned LLMs, vector databases, and custom inference pipelines. Infrastructure runs on Hetzner, Vercel, and bare-metal where performance demands it. We pick the right tool, not the trendy one.

I don't see them as separate things to balance. My faith isn't a weekend activity that pauses on Monday—it's the lens through which every business decision gets made. That means paying fairly, being honest when it costs us, walking away from deals that don't sit right, and measuring success by more than revenue. It's not always easy, but it's always clear.
