Which project would you like to clarify?
For AI and software, you will find concrete starting situations, possible outcomes and questions to prepare.
AI consulting & Workflow analysis
Which task is worth tackling with AI? I help turn a broad idea into a testable next step: with a clear task, suitable materials and criteria for a useful result.
Software development & Operations planning
An application should reliably support a specific workflow. With Stoicera, I connect understanding the business need with development and operations. Before implementation, we establish what is needed, how it will be evaluated and who takes responsibility afterwards.
One project, several stakeholders.
In a larger organisation, business value, existing systems and internal requirements need to fit together. I would start by clarifying these questions with the people responsible:
- Task & Responsibility
- Which workflow should improve? Who uses the result, who decides and who checks its professional accuracy?
- Data & Integration
- Which systems are involved? What interfaces, access rights, data protection and information security requirements exist?
- First testable step
- A limited scope with sample data, acceptance criteria and a decision about continuing. Effort and prerequisites are agreed in advance.
- Handover & Operations
- Documentation, contacts, maintenance, recovery and possible data export belong in the plan. Scope and response times are set out in the specific proposal.
Implementation is handled with Stoicera. We clarify the capacity, evidence and contractual terms your project requires before making a commitment.
Project examples from my work
Two examples of specific workflows, my contribution and possible next steps together.
Interviews, podcasts & Conversations
A perspective from developing and operating my own software: examples, decisions and open questions about AI and entrepreneurship.
For an enquiry, please include the topic, audience, format, date and intended use.
Talks & Workshops
Understand technical connections and work on a concrete question. Content and exercises are adapted to the group’s prior knowledge.
Please mention the learning objective, group size and available time. We agree scope and terms for each format.
Technical guidance
Clarify the problem, possible approaches and a manageable next step. This includes the limits of an approach.
The initial conversation clarifies the starting situation. Further analysis or support is agreed separately.
Development & Operations
Software from the first business question through to ongoing operations. Implementation is handled with the Stoicera Group.
Scope, contract and prices are set out in Stoicera’s individual proposal.
Clarify first, then agree
A first conversation helps us understand the starting situation and goal. We can then establish the outcome needed, the prerequisites and what working together could look like.
Initial conversation
30 minutes, free of charge. You describe the problem; I tell you honestly whether and how I would solve it. Request the initial conversation by email.
Fixed proposal
After clarification, you receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and price. It sets out prerequisites and ongoing costs.
Implementation
Short iterations, working software early on. You see progress continuously and speak directly with the person building it.
Operations
We operate what we build — hosting, maintenance, updates. Whoever builds also answers for it. Even years later.
Stoicera offers a pro bono programme and reduced rates for selected nonprofit organisations. Current conditions are available directly at Stoicera.
Joint projects & partnerships
Product partnerships, joint publications, book projects and professional exchange offer different starting points. A shared goal and clear contributions from both sides are what matter.
Voices on working together
“We are very happy with it and would choose Stoicera again without hesitation. Working together was pleasant, with commitments you could rely on.”
“Building with Raphael was exceptional. His commitment to ethics and quality is real — you feel it in every decision.”
Questions about collaboration
Can we work together?
Yes. Contact me directly for interviews, talks, professional exchange and joint projects. Commissioned software development and ongoing operations are handled with Stoicera. The topic, audience and desired outcome help establish the fit.
What does a project cost?
That depends on scope, preparation and the desired outcome. For software projects, Stoicera sets out services, price and terms in a separate proposal. Terms for talks, workshops and other formats are agreed to suit the occasion.
Which tech stack?
Mainly TypeScript and Rust. Go and Python where they fit. PostgreSQL, Docker, Hetzner. Proven technology where it matters.
What do churches and NGOs pay?
Stoicera offers a pro bono programme and reduced rates for selected nonprofit organisations. Available support and ongoing operating costs are clarified case by case. Current conditions are listed at stoicera.com/ngos.
Where are you based?
My professional connections are in Linz and Vienna. In-person meetings are arranged individually; an initial conversation can also take place online.
Open to partnerships?
Yes. I am interested in professional exchange, joint projects and long-term product partnerships. We clarify the topic, roles and next steps in conversation.
Gunter, my digital assistant, receives your enquiry, acknowledges it and forwards it to me.
