Current focus
Farleda is our flagship. Alongside it are new products and research at Stoicera, with the access currently available for each.
Travellers, rail and infrastructure companies
Our flagship project at Stoicera: infrastructure for European rail journey planning and traceable emissions comparisons. As CTO, I lead the technical work. The open beta is announced for 31 October 2026; we are looking for rail and infrastructure partners for clearly scoped pilots.
Organisations with domain knowledge and verifiable sources
Knowledge with provenance: Sacretus connects documents, validated facts and source versions with a local language model. A Stoicera research project in its pilot phase, which I stand behind personally. Pilot partners are invited individually.
Families, schools, older people and businesses
Digital security through play: short cases help people recognise phishing, fake messages and scams. Wachsam is available in the browser; Android and iPhone apps have been announced. Businesses have a dedicated training path.
Construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and engineering businesses
Screen tender documents against a company profile: identify relevant tenders, missing evidence and deadlines with source references. The business retains the bid decision. Analysis and setup are arranged with Stoicera.
Teams with their own data models and workflows
Structure data, design views and connect workflows. Stoicera Atlas is available as a closed demo on request. A walkthrough starts with your use case; the demo link requires an account provided by the operator.
Companies
The organisational foundation of my work with Sebastian Kern.
Municipalities, schools and businesses in Austria
The company Sebastian Kern and I run. I contribute to all projects, usually as Head of IT: hands-on development, coordinating freelancers and partners, and AI-assisted workflows. Products, services and terms are documented at Stoicera.
Businesses and individuals in the region
Stoicera Software Group’s regional IT provider, run with Sebastian Kern: software development, modernisation and operation for businesses and individuals. I lead development and IT infrastructure.
Software & Products
Our platforms and applications for concrete tasks.
Municipalities, schools and after-school care
MealTime connects school meal registration, daily administration and billing. Schulmittag is its public-facing name. My contribution is technical development and operations at Stoicera. The product is in pilot operation; access and rollout are agreed individually.
Students and parents choosing a school
Find and compare Austrian schools on an interactive map. The project makes official school locations and geographic information accessible to students and parents. It began at HTL Perg in 2024. Current sources and coverage are documented on the product website.
Businesses with recurring document work
A platform for AI agents with separate workspaces, files and defined workflows. My focus is the link between automation, documented steps and human review. Stoicera describes the platform as in use, with access on request. A demonstration or trial is agreed for the specific workflow.
Medical practices and their teams
A Stoicera product for encrypting PDF attachments locally on Windows 11. Patient codes are shared separately. The public preview does not replace a complete security plan; the product page documents its current validation status and limitations.
Organisations with digital services
A tool for digital accessibility being developed at Stoicera. Its public launch is in preparation. Software can support an assessment; using it alone does not demonstrate accessibility compliance.
Covveal
Own development
An earlier SaaS product of mine. Its former public domain, covveal.de, was unreachable when checked in September 2026. Its operating status is not confirmed here.
LITUS CMS
Medical practices and small businesses
I wrote this CMS for websites updated infrequently by their owners: practices and small businesses wanting to own their content rather than rent it. Used on dr-schatz.at.
Publications & Knowledge resources
My media, writing and knowledge-sharing resources.
My own publishing format
Austrian Business Magazine publishes business and technology analysis from Austria. Stoicera publishes the magazine; the editorial team is responsible for its content. I lead the technical platform and digital development and contribute my own analysis. Articles are openly licensed under CC BY 4.0.
ABM Campus
People and organisations looking to put knowledge into practice
ABM Campus is our initiative for practical learning and exchange around technology and business. Its public website at campus.austrianbusiness.at is in preparation. My office welcomes enquiries about shared formats and partnerships.
My own publishing format
A library on faith, the Bible and Christian life. I co-author its collected book, “Christlich denken — Eine Bibliothek von Denkwegen”, freely available as PDF and EPUB. Website and book share the same text sources.
Founders in Austria
The magazine’s open initiative: free tools and workshops for founders in Austria. I deliver the workshops myself.
Open tools
Software with public source code. More AI and infrastructure projects follow below.
Austrian small businesses
A file-based invoicing tool: structured JSON becomes a PDF and register entries are SHA-256 chained. Public source under MIT. A hash chain can reveal changes against a trusted reference, but alone prevents neither rewriting the entire register nor guarantees legal compliance.
Client work & Community engagement
Work for other organisations. Each project credits my role and partners’ contributions.
Ikaze cultural association, Vienna
A bilingual platform for a cultural association previously hard to find online: membership, events and room booking together, with a CMS the association operates independently. Also Google Workspace for Nonprofits. Built at Stoicera with Sebastian.
Medical practice
Branding, website and CMS for Dr Erwin Schatz’s practice. I led development; LitusCMS lets the practice manage its content. Sebastian handled photography and training.
Diocese of Linz
Diocese of Linz
IT support and website work for the Diocese of Linz, provided without charge. For me, church work is a conviction rather than a business model.
In development & planned
Projects not yet presented as publicly available services.
My working environment
A configurable system for storing, connecting and querying structured data. Notes, tasks, calendars and projects are examples of my personal use. I develop it to connect knowledge with clear workflows. AI support is optional; access to context and permission to act are separate questions. In development and internal testing, with no public product access announced (18 September 2026).
NOR
Own development
Faith-inspired fashion, my next venture. Each piece unique. Not launched yet, planned for Q4 2026.
Research & Tools.
Work on AI, cognition and infrastructure. Public projects link to repositories with status and usage information.
Public source documents an approach; it does not by itself establish validated performance or suitability for every use. Links checked on 18 September 2026.
nerve
My AI coding assistant in Rust, with terminal workflows, project context and development tools. Its source is currently private (September 2026).
A Go deployment tool for Docker Compose and Traefik, used for separate application instances. It automates deployment steps; configuration and operation remain separate responsibilities. Source on GitHub.
An experimental local coding-assistance architecture. Its public repository describes symbolic processing; the architecture alone does not establish reliable coding performance.
A personal knowledge tool in Go with Markdown and wikilinks. The public version centres on the terminal; local development adds a web interface (September 2026).
prism
Neural-free cognitive architecture using Vector Symbolic Architectures: algebra on high-dimensional vectors rather than LLM weights
forge-ai
Multi-agent orchestration bringing Claude, Gemini and Copilot into one build system
openwhistle
Self-hosted whistleblower platform
trendradar
Location and market analysis from open data (OpenStreetMap, Overpass — OSINT)
inkdrift
Self-hosted newsletter service: one binary, SQLite, your SMTP
bulwark
Real-time threat detection for open wireless networks, native to Linux
polyglot-cli
Offline-first language learning across 22 languages
hie
Cryptographic identity embedded in vector spaces
