Three discussion starters with materials
Each starting point connects a concrete question with writing and my work. The selection can be adapted to the medium, audience and occasion.
What did the agent actually do?
A fluent answer does not establish that a task was completed correctly. A conversation about handover: what evidence does a person need before using an AI agent’s result?
For specialist interviews, podcasts and articles about practical AI use in teams.
- How can a broad expectation become a testable task?
- What do missing or conflicting documents reveal about agent behaviour?
- Which decisions still require human approval?
A school meal as a software problem.
Ordering, deadlines, changes and billing: school meals reveal how much domain work sits inside a seemingly simple application. The starting point is the daily life of those involved.
For regional media, educational formats and discussions about digitising public and business workflows.
- Which roles and exceptions must a product handle day to day?
- What changes between prototype, rollout and regular operation?
- Who notices errors, answers questions and is responsible for the data?
What a small team can take on together.
Product development, client work and publishing meet directly in a small company. I explore how this leads to clear offers, bounded first steps and understandable responsibilities.
For entrepreneurship features, business podcasts and discussions connecting technology, industry expertise and media.
- How does a partnership find a first result both sides can assess?
- Which contributions and expectations should be stated before starting?
- How are your own business interests made visible in publications?
