Farleda and the next steps at Stoicera
Farleda is our flagship project. As CTO, I work on the technical foundation for European travel planning. We are looking for rail and infrastructure partners with concrete use cases. Sacretus is another personal focus: connecting knowledge, sources and expert review.
I contribute to all Stoicera projects, usually as Head of IT. I combine hands-on development with coordinating freelancers, partners and AI-assisted workflows.
MealTime (Schulmittag) connects school meals and administration and is in pilot operation. Schulnavi is publicly available as a school finder. Alpine-X supports AI-assisted workflows with human approvals; access is available on request.
Current projects and ways to work together:
- FarledaOur flagship for European travel planning.
- SacretusKnowledge with provenance. Seeking pilot partners.
- WachsamLearn to recognise scams.
- Stoicera Bid DeskScreen tenders with source references.
- Stoicera AtlasYour data and workflows. Closed demo on request.
- MealTime (Schulmittag)Organising everyday school catering.
- OrivaneConnect data, context and explicit workflows.
Farleda, Sacretus, Wachsam and Bid Desk were checked against their public websites on 15 October 2026. Atlas is described as a closed demo available on request. The other project descriptions state their own source dates.
Context, AI and work that can be traced
With Orivane I am developing and testing an internal, configurable system for storing and connecting data. Personally, I use it for notes, tasks, calendars and projects, among other things. A central question is: how can existing context help with a task without an AI interpreting it as unrestricted permission to act?
More tools and experiments are listed in the project directory. I want to make their approaches understandable and state their limits. A public repository is a starting point for discussion; a development goal is not yet a demonstrated result.
Explaining through practical work
Existing teaching materials will gradually become readable, verifiable publications. The first are guides to SHA-256, cryptography and PowerShell, with small examples and concise PDFs.
My guiding idea remains theory that holds up in practice. I want to explain why something works, under what conditions it helps and what it does not yet answer.
Q4 2026 and looking ahead to 2027
I want to bring more of my work into public view: articles, interviews, talks, joint publications and social posts. My aim is to explain my own work clearly and start conversations with people in other industries.
I want to develop further book projects from ongoing writing. My own music and scores will continue to have a place here. These are continuous efforts; specific new release dates will only be set when a publication is ready.
In partnerships, I look for a shared subject and a result others can use: an accessible article, a tested workshop or a clearly scoped product initiative.
